Churchfields

The object was to create a large open plan living and dining room and to increase the daylight to the north facing accommodation. Carefully located windows and internal glazed doors allows light into the heart of the house and creates an enhanced arrival space. Large sliding folding doors opening to directly to the garden were incorporated to the dining area.

A new chimney and fireplace was constructed to the living room of the property and the first floor was extended to increase the floor area for the children’s bedrooms.
