Our proposed retrofit and extension of an existing 1960s dwelling has just been submitted for planning. The proposals include overcladding and insulating the existing building and a side extension and car port. The retrofitted dwelling has been designed to meet the EnerPHit standard, the Passivhaus performance standard for existing buildings and aims to achieve an annual heating demand of 25KWh/m² annum.
