The property is located in Legh Road Conservation Area, Knutsford. Legh Road contains a number of the houses by Richard Harding Watt in the Italianate style. Higham View is a semi-detached property with bay windows, multi red/cream brickwork with subtle red brick string courses, black timber beams and white render. A frameless glass balcony design was negotiated with the Planners, who were satisfied that the design did not conflict with the detail on the original house.
